Whistleblowing policy notice

Dear Whistleblower,

Under the applicable laws of the Republic of Singapore and consistent with our high standards, we want to let you know that you may report any unlawful or unethical conduct (including conduct that is expected) involving our company (or our staff) („breach“):

  • you may report by speaking or in writing, either anonymously or non-anonymously (depending on whether or not you share any of your personal information with us) using the contacts shown below, or in person (when you ask to);
  • if you choose not to share personal information, we will handle your report as anonymous;
  • we will tell you within 30 days how your report was handled (for complicated matters, we may need a little longer);
  • we will handle any of your personal data under our privacy policies (this covers: keeping your personal data protected, your right to ask what data we hold about you, and so on);
  • if you have a valid reason to report (that is, you are not knowingly misusing our reporting system), you are protected from retaliation (this covers everyone who has a working or comparable relationship with us);

What to include in your report:

Details about you (for a non-anonymous report): your name, surname, date of birth and contact address
A description of the breach that has happened/may happen
Who is behind this breach and in what way
When this breach took place or could take place
Any further supporting documents/information that help back up the validity of your submission

Every report you send will be reviewed on its own merits and, where warranted, acted upon. If you have any questions or concerns about your rights, please reach out to the designated person.
